Costa Rica has a great ecological and cultural wealth, which has been limited and threatened, due to the lack of interest and the little support and opportunities that are offered to the artists and artists. Direct consequence of this, is that the work and artistic contribution of those who excelled and excel in the different areas of culture in the area, are threatened to disappear.

In addition, when a Cultural Project arises, most of the most remote areas of the population centers, are deprived of these experiences, which encourages, detachment and lack of interest in the artistic, especially in the younger generations .

 

For this reason, Aserrí Cultural Group Association, has been given the task of designing quality cultural projects that cause impact for communities and also seek financial support for its realization.

The activities were open to all people, regardless of age and social, neighbors of these communities, who are interested in the direct experience of the main traditions and / or artistic experiences of the area and at some point could venture into this area collaborating with the development of new artistic expressions.
